KGF Chapter 2 Updates: Sanjay Dutt's Adheera in Action, Movie To Release on 14 January 2021?

The shooting for KGF Chapter 2 started some time ago. The lead star Yash also joined the team a few days ago. Now it is the turn of Sanjay Dutt who plays lead protagonist Adheera in the movie to start shooting. And the Munnabhai of Bollywood has given indications that he is gearing up to start shooting.

Earlier today, the famous B-town star shared a picture of himself on Twitter standing in a black shirt and black goggles. He captioned the picture, "Gearing up for #Adheera!#KGFChapter2."

In the last few days, the superstar has been dropping hints that he is ready to get back to work. Yesterday he visited a salon for personal grooming. A leading entertainment portal dropped a picture of Sanju baba on social media entering his car post the session. The actor looked in good health.

I Will Beat Cancer, Says Sanjay Dutt aka KGF Chapter 2's Adheera

The salon owner Aalim Hakim who gave Sanjay Dutt a hair-trim also shared a video clip with the actor on his social media account. He wrote, "Our Favourite Rockstar Sanjay Dutt With A Heart Of Gold At Salon HA."

Interestingly, in this video for the first time, you can see Sanjay Dutt talking about his cancer. The actor says, "Hi, this is Sanjay Dutt. Good to be back in the salon. Got a haircut. If you see this, this is a recent scar in my life, but I will beat it. I will be out of this cancer soon."

The actor was also seen interacting with the media people post the session. Removing his mask he told the paparazzi, "Abhi bimar nahi hoon aisa mat likhana."

Discussing his upcoming movie projects the actor during a recent interview said, "I had shaved, but I need it for my look in KGF, which we are starting in November. I am happy to be back on the sets again. Tomorrow, I will be dubbing for Shamshera, so that will be fun. It's good to be back."

Coming to the sequel, rumors are adrift that the movie will release on 14 January next year because the last leg of shooting will be completed by November end. The makers are very keen to release the sequel on Makar Sakranti. Reports state that the director Prashanth Neel will make the announcement once Sanjay Dutt starts shooting for the movie.

However, there have been no such confirmations from the KGF Chapter 2 team.
