In the latest episode of Two Much With Kajol and Twinkle, the hosts welcomed Vicky Kaushal and Kriti Sanon for a lively and laughter-filled chat. But amidst the banter, Kajol dropped a thought-provoking idea that instantly sparked debate - she believes marriages should come with an expiry date and a renewal clause.

Kajol’s Unconventional View on Marriage

During the “This or That” segment, Twinkle Khanna threw a question that divided the room: “Should marriage have an expiry date and a renewal option?”

Kriti, Vicky, and Twinkle all disagreed, stepping into the red zone. Kajol, however, confidently walked into the green zone and defended her stance.

“No, it’s marriage, not a washing machine,” Twinkle joked. But Kajol was unfazed.

“I definitely think so. What guarantees that you’ll marry the right person at the right time? A renewal option would make sense and if there’s an expiry date, no one has to suffer for too long,” she reasoned, even trying to convince Twinkle to switch sides.

When Money Meets Happiness

The next statement in the game was equally intriguing - “Money can buy happiness.” This time, Twinkle and Vicky agreed, stepping into the green zone, while Kajol firmly disagreed.

“No matter how much money you have, it can actually become an impediment. It numbs you to the true idea of happiness,” she explained. Kriti, after some thought, admitted that money can bring happiness - at least to a certain extent.

Shared Secrets and Friendly Teasing

As the conversation turned lighter, Twinkle declared, “Best friends shouldn’t date each other’s exes,” and cheekily wrapped her arm around Kajol.

Laughing, she teased, “We have an ex in common, but we can’t say.” Kajol burst out laughing and quickly told her to “shut up” before any hidden stories could slip out, leaving everyone in splits.

Kajol and Twinkle Khanna's 'Common Crush'!

Interestingly, filmmaker Karan Johar once shared on The Kapil Sharma Show, “I remember Kajol had a crush on Akshay Kumar.”

That crush wasn’t just a passing fancy - Kajol and Akshay appeared together in only one film, Yeh Dillagi (1994). Yet, their on-screen chemistry left a lasting impression.

On the flip side, Twinkle Khanna once admitted that her romance with Akshay Kumar began as a light-hearted fling. She had just come out of a long-term relationship and wanted something short-term, initially planning for it to last only about fifteen days.

However, destiny had other plans - what started as a casual connection soon blossomed into love, and the two eventually tied the knot in 2001.
