Bigg Boss 14: Rahul Vaidya Nominates Jaan Kumar Sanu Citing Nepotism, Triggers Debate on Twitter

Nepotism has been the hottest topic on Twitter since the death of Sushant Singh Rajput. And it has once again become a big topic of discussion on social media because of Bigg Boss 14. The latest promo of the reality show on Colors Television reveals Rahul Vaidya nominating Jaan Kumar Sanu because of nepotism.

In the promo, Rahul Vaidya says, "I would like to nominate Jaan Kumar Sanu. I hate nepotism. Whoever has come on the show, they've come on the basis of their hard work. Jaan is on the show because he's someone's son."

As expected it evokes a reaction from Jaan who replies, "I'm fortunate that my Mr. Kumar Sanu is my father. Not everybody is that lucky. Unfortunate for you." To this, the former Indian Idol Season 1 contestant replies, "I don't need my father to be somebody."

#nepotism has been trending on Twitter since Monday morning after Rahul Vaidya's comment on Jaan Kumar Sanu went viral. Many users congratulated Rahul for taking a stand on nepotism that too on national television.

One user even compared how in the last season of Bigg Boss a deserving contestant like Vishal Singh was evicted and Arti Singh was given the chance due to nepotism. But there are a few who feel Rahul Vaidya knows that people are currently very angry due to nepotism. They feel all this is a part of his strategy.
