At their Summit meeting here, Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, South African President Jacob Zuma and Brazilian President Dilma Rousseff also emphasised the central role of the UN in coordinating the international action against terrorism within the framework of the UN Charter and in accordance with the international law. "The leaders condemned terrorism in all its forms and manifestations, committed by whomever, wherever and for whatever purposes, as it constitutes one of the most serious threat to international peace and security," a Joint Tshwane Declaration adopted at the Summit said.
