Islamabad: A Pakistani anti-terrorism court on Monday declared former President Pervez Musharraf a "proclaimed offender" or fugitive for failing to cooperate with investigators probing the 2007 assassination of former premier Benazir Bhutto.

Judge Rana Nisar Ahmed of the Rawalpindi-based court declared Musharraf, currently living in self-exile outside Pakistan, a fugitive on the request of the Federal Investigation Agency.
