Prime Minister Narendra Modi was accompanied by senior leaders and four proposers as he filed his nomination papers from the Varanasi Lok Sabha constituency on Tuesday between 11:40 am and 12 noon. The PM’s submission of nomination papers just before the noon holds a significant astrological timing. As per reports in national media, this timing coincides with the occurrence of Pushya Nakshatra and Ganga Saptami on May 14. The specific timing aligns with Abhijit Muhurat and Anand Yog in astrology. This celestial alignment is auspicious for undertaking significant endeavours, ensuring their successful completion. Why the timing is considered auspicious is because of the onset of Pushya Nakshatra at 11:23 AM on May 13 until 1:05 PM on May 14, and as per Hindu astrology, this period is known for its positive influence and believed to usher in luck and blessings.Apart from this, May 14 bears profound significance as it coincides with Ganga Saptami, commemorating the descent of Goddess Ganga to Earth. This festival known as Ganga Jayanti is celebrated on the seventh day of the Shukla Paksha in the Hindu month of Vaisakha, and holds immense spiritual importance. The same answers a lot about PM Modi offering prayers at the Ganga ghat and then at the Kaal Bhairav temple before filing his nomination.
