During January 2023, a total of 418 passenger-related complaints were received by the scheduled domestic airlines. The number of complaints per 10,000 passengers carried for the month of January 2023 has been around 0.33. Maximum complaints were received by Alliance Air, Star Air, Fly Big, Air India, and Spice Jet. Major reasons were flight problems, followed by refund issues , baggage issues, customer service and staff behavioral problems. DGCA said 410 out of 418 complaints have been addressed.
