Visual Artist’s Unique Plastic Awareness Drive At Puri Sea Beach

Meet Manveer Singh, a visual artist from Delhi popularly known as "PlasticWalla." He is spreading awareness on plastic hazards and his campaign made a stop in Puri. Manveer built this 15-feet Olive Ridley sea turtle artwork at Puri Beach using plastics.

Manveer, is the winner of the ‘METIS Initiative on Plastics and Indo-Pacific Ocean 2021,’ Under the METIS initiative, a collaboration between UTSHA Foundation and AFD, Manveer chose Olive Ridley Turtle for the project work to signify how we are endangering the life of marine animals with our plastic use.
