Massive Fire In Tara Tarini Temple During Navratri

A massive fire broke out at the Taratarini Temple in Ganjam district. After the fire broke out, huge columns of black smoke emanated from the openings of the temple structure. The fire reportedly started from the Dwipa Gruha where devotees light earthen lamps to offer worship. After the fire engines were called and pressed into service, the blaze was brought under control. Though there was congregation at the temple on account of Navratri, fortunately no causalities were reported.
