Just an hour-long rainfall has disrupted normalcy in people’s lives in Bhadrak on Tuesday. The poor drainage system has led to heavy water-clogging in different parts of the town, including the district headquarters hospital. These visuals from the hospital paint a clear picture of the terrible conditions that the patients and doctors faced on account of waterlogging.
Due to the rain, the water started to accumulate in the outdoor area and later, slowly flooded into a few wards of the hospital.
