A sloth bear came face to face with a tiger. Raising its forelimbs, the bear could scare away the tiger. IFS officer Sudha Ramen who had shared the video said that such a scene where a sloth bear is able to scare away a tiger - is not quite a rare thing in the forests!
She mentioned in her post that most bears (especially mumma bears) do attempt to scare the predator at the first instance by raising its forelimbs to make them look large in size. This trick worked out for this bear.
