This is Sanjay Agarwal from Odisha's Cuttack.
On 1st May, he was tested positive for the Covid19 infection.
Nine days later, when his oxygen levels drastically dropped, he was admitted to a private hospital in Cuttack and later shifted to another private hospital in Bhubaneswar. However, after his health condition deteriorated, the doctors recommended extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) treatment for Sanjay.
On June 4, Sanjay was airlifted from Bhubaneswar to Kolkata where he was admitted to the Medica Hospital for ECMO treatment. After receiving necessary treatment at the hospital, Sanjay who is feeling much better now, has thanked the team of doctors from Delhi who had treated him.
