These images are of an 8-Feet-Long Burmese Python trapped in a fishing-net in Puri.
Residents of Bairagi Gorada village in Chandanpur area of Puri district spotted the python struggling after getting entangled in a fishing-net set in a pond near a field.
The villagers then dragged the snake out of the water with the net and immediately contacted the snake helpline members, who then rescued the snake.
The snake helpline members measured the snake and found it to be 8-foot-long and confirmed it to be Burmese Python species.
