Man Tied To Bike, Dragged On The Streets Of Cuttack Over Nonpayment Of Dues

A man was reportedly tied to a motorcycle and dragged on the busy streets of Cuttack’s Mission Road over nonpayment of dues. In the video which is now viral on social media, the youth’s hands can be seen tied to a bike while 4-5 youths riding two-wheelers can be seen dragging him on the road.
