ACF Soumyaranjan's Death Accidental, Case Against Wife Bidya Bharti For Negligent Conduct

The Crime Branch ADG on Friday (Oct 8) finally revealed the mystery behind the death of Paralakhemundi Assistant Conservator of Forests (ACF) Soumya Ranjan Mohapatra. The ADG in a press meet revealed that the death was an accident and deemed Soumyaranjan's wife Bidyabharti responsible for the negligent behaviour which had resulted in her husband's death.
