Be aware violators! Traffic regulations have got stricter in the twin cities of Bhubaneswar and Cuttack. In the concluding event of the Traffic Road Safety Month, Police Commissioner Sudhansu Sarangi said that in spite of the numerous efforts by police and traffic personnel to create awareness among the people, violations by motorists are still on the rise.
