Special squads will be constituted to curb street crime in Bhubaneswar. Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) Uma Shankar Das said on Monday that special squads will be constituted in police stations across the city to deal with street crimes such as robbery, chain snatching, shoplifting or vandalism.
