Odisha Minister Prafulla Mallick’s daughter-in-law has landed in a controversy. As per an RTI reply, Mallick’s daughter-in-law, Lipsa Pradhan, who is engaged as a lecturer in a college, received monthly salary for two long years despite her absence.
