Mastermind in the IPL betting racket in Odisha arrested. Berhampur Police on Thursday arrested Dinesh Rathi, the mastermind of a major Indian Premier League (IPL) betting syndicate in Odisha. According to top police sources, Rathi was nabbed in Kolkata and brought to Berhampur where he has been remanded in police custody till Tuesday.
