In a major development in the murder of BJP leader Kulamani Baral and his associate Dibyasingh Baral, four persons have been arrested by the Cuttack Police. The accused have been booked under several sections of the IPC and the Arms Act.
The police also conducted a crime scene reconstruction with the accused at the murder spot today. Apart from that, police have also seized the sharp weapon used in the crime.
