After around 16 months, growth slowed despite valuable experience, prompting the first switch to Rs 3.4 LPA and then quickly to Rs 7.2 LPA in a product-based role with stronger coding standards. The next move took the salary to Rs 15.5 LPA, where he managed services end-to-end.

Subsequent switches reflected increasing responsibility. A jump to Rs 30 LPA involved handling scale challenges and production issues. The fifth switch elevated him to Rs 85 LPA in a remote US-based role offering a base salary plus performance bonus.
