The statements of the two witnesses are part of the charge-sheet filed by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) against Malik in the money laundering case pertaining to a property of Dawood Ibrahim.
These include the sprawling Goawala Compound, a commercial unit and three flats - all in Kurla suburb, two residential flats in Bandra west, and 148 acres of agricultural land parcels in Osmanabad district.
The High Court held that Malik was arrested by the ED, and subsequently remanded to custody following due process and there was no reason for it to pass any interim order for his release.
The ED in February raided the homes of the kin of absconding mafia don Dawood Ibrahim Kaskar including his deceased sister Haseena Parker and interrogated his nephew Alishah Parker, in connection with the money-laundering case.
It may be recalled that Malik was arrested by the ED in an early morning swoop at his home on February 23 in an alleged money-laundering case based on the National Investigation Agency's February 3 FIR against absconding mafia don Dawood Ibrahim Kaskar.

"Fadnavis must tender an unconditional apology and withdraw all his false remarks in this matter, failing which we shall proceed with defamation proceedings as advised by our legal team," Malik said.
Malik on Tuesday said he would drop a hydrogen bomb and reveal Fadnavis' alleged underworld links.
"We did not transact any land business deal with the mafia, as falsely alleged by Fadnavis, all transactions, financials and documents are on record in public domain... In fact, if Fadnavis had asked me, I would have provided him with more details which his aides have failed to," Malik smiled.
In a quick response, Malik made a challenging tweet: "Aa raha hoon main (I am coming)", referring to his media-briefing a short while later.
Maharashtra Minister Nawab Malik said that Wankhede has been removed from a total of five cases, including the Cordelia Cruise case.
She alleged that Malik was trying to defame her and her family members.
