Special arrangements have been made in party’s headquarters in Bhubaneswar, as Congress is all set to enter into an electoral contest today (Oct 17) to elect its first non-Gandhi president after 24 years.
The voting would take place at the AICC headquarters in Delhi and at 67 polling booths across the country in an electoral contest that is taking place for the sixth time in the party's 137-year history.
