Several new revelations are coming to the fore in the ongoing investigation and interrogation of the accused in the Jahangirpuri communal clashes case.
Sources privy to the investigation revealed that mirror image of the WhatsApp data will be retrieved by them with the help of FSL officials. They are likely to get the FSL report within a week.
According to the officials, these companies - comprising six of the Rapid Action Force, six of the general duty branch and two Mahila companies - have been attached with Delhi Police to assist them in maintaining the law and order situation.
A Delhi court on Tuesday sent Imam alias Sonu alias Yunus, who allegedly fired shots during the communal clashes in north-west Delhi's Jahangirpuri on April 16, to four-day police custody.

Delhi Police Commissioner Rakesh Asthana said on Saturday night that the situation is under control in Northwest Delhi's Jahangirpuri area, where violent clashes broke out took after stones were allegedly pelted at a Hanuman Jayanti procession.
