“Our classrooms have been lying in a dilapidated condition for a long time. It is not safe for us, and nobody bothers to repair it. It’s been over a month, but no one is listening to our pleas,” alleged a protesting student.

Likewise, another student said, “We had submitted our complaints through an application. Earlier, it was partially damaged. Now, it has been completely damaged, but there is no repair work.”

According to the students, it’s not the first time they have raised concerns about the condition of the classrooms. They alleged that their previous demands for maintenance and safety checks had been ignored, leaving them with no option but to take their classes to the street.

University officials have not yet issued a response.
