In a social media post, Liza appealed to journalists and acquaintances to stop calling her, saying she fears for her life.

“My life is in danger. I am under immense mental stress. Please do not call me. I have nothing more to say in Humane Sagar’s name. I raised my voice for the truth, but I am being suppressed,” she said, adding that she was being targeted for speaking out.

Liza’s remarks come shortly after she received threatening phone calls while appearing live on OTV, where she was asked about the behaviour and control of Humane’s manager, Dinesh aka Papu. The anchor claimed that those responsible were attempting to intimidate her into withdrawing her statements.

‘Liza Was Ousted And Nobody Came To Help’

In a recorded conversation shared by OTV, Liza can be heard expressing frustration that those who are threatening her now never stood by her when she was allegedly mistreated by the same group.

“They say they will file a case against me? I will ask for forgiveness then. But where were they when I was thrown out and left jobless…? Did anyone help me when I struggled financially?”

She further alleged that Humane died after being continuously forced to consume alcohol, stating, “An artist has been killed after he was made to over-consume alcohol. Nobody helped him.”

Music Director Alleges Emotional Exploitation

The shockwave from Liza’s claims comes hours after senior music director Prem Anand made a significant allegation in an exclusive conversation with OTV. Anand stated that Humane was emotionally exploited for months, repeatedly forced to perform even while unwell and pushed into distressing personal situations.

“He was very simple and emotionally vulnerable. He often got trapped,” Anand said, adding that the singer repeatedly expressed a desperate need to meet his daughter but was allegedly restricted from doing so.

According to Anand, Humane once broke down while confiding in him, exposing a deep emotional crisis combined with failing health.

Allegation of Humane Sagar’s Mother

Adding to the growing chorus, Humane’s mother, Shefali Suna, has claimed that her son was made to perform while running high fever, and programme schedules were controlled without his knowledge by manager Papu, who allegedly handled both bookings and finances.

She alleged that despite a 103-degree fever and a swollen stomach, a show was fixed for November 12, just one day after he was discharged from the hospital following a brief treatment.

Suna also stated that she was not informed about how critical his condition was before he was moved to the ICU on the day he died.

As of the latest developments, police have yet to issue an updated statement on the allegations against the management or reported intimidation attempts against witnesses.
