The move, introduced under the Revenue Department’s reform drive, eliminates the need for multiple tehsil office visits and ensures transparency in verification and scheduling.

Step 5:

  • Upload the required documents:
  • Record of Rights (RoR) copy or Lease Deed
  • Sketch map of the plot(s)
  • Supporting industrial credentials like EIN, IEM, Udyog Aadhaar, Udyog Certificate, or Udyam Registration

Step 6:

Click “Submit” to generate a unique Application Number, which will be used for future correspondence.

Step 7:

Pay the requisite fee online through net banking or debit/credit card.

The portal redirects to the Odisha Treasury Portal for payment. After successful payment, an Acknowledgement-cum-Payment Receipt is generated.

If the receipt does not appear, applicants can verify the status using their Transaction ID.

Step 8:

Once submitted, the application becomes visible to the concerned Tehsildar for verification.

The Tehsildar will review the documents and institute the case. Applicants receive an SMS confirmation once the case is registered.

Step 9:

After verification, the Tehsildar will fix a date for on-site demarcation.

On that day, the Tehsildar, Amin, and local police will jointly visit the site to complete the process.

Applicants are notified of the demarcation date via SMS, removing the need for repeated visits or middlemen.
