In a major push towards expanding government workforce and empowering youth, Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Majhi on Tuesday handed over appointment letters to 7,293 newly recruited candidates under a massive Employment and Training Programme at Kalinga Stadium in Bhubaneswar

The initiative marks one of the state’s largest multi-departmental recruitment drives in recent years.

Recruitment Across 12 Departments

The appointments span across 12 crucial government sectors, including School and Mass Education, Forest, Agriculture, Fisheries, Commerce & Transport, Labour, and several others. The large-scale hiring aims to strengthen service delivery, increase departmental efficiency, and address staffing gaps across Odisha.
