On the opening day of the Plus Two examinations, Odisha Mass Education Minister Nityananda Gond On Wednesday visited Ramadevi Junior College to assess the overall situation.

He reviewed the examination management system and enquired in detail about the arrangements in place at the centre. The visit was aimed at ensuring that all procedures were being followed strictly and efficiently.

Focus on Transparency and Integrity

The examinations this year are being conducted under stringent security measures, with AI-powered CCTV surveillance ensuring transparency at every stage. The live streaming of the process, from the receipt of question papers to their opening, is intended to maintain a clear, fair and unbiased examination system.

“I visited Rama Devi Higher Secondary School today and observed that the examinations are being conducted smoothly without any difficulties. The students are appearing for the exams in a calm and relaxed frame of mind, and no issues have been reported. They have kept their mobile phones and electronic devices outside, and none have been brought into the examination hall. No water bottles were found inside the hall premises. The invigilators and superintendent assigned with examination duties are monitoring the process diligently, and all necessary steps are being taken to ensure that the examinations are conducted in a fair and smooth manner,” said Odisha Mass Education Minister Nityananda Gond.

Over Four Lakh Students Appearing for the Exams

A total of 4,01,623 candidates are appearing for the Odisha CHSE Plus Two examinations this year, with tight security arrangements in place to prevent any malpractice.

With these enhanced measures, the CHSE Plus Two examinations are set to continue in a fair and secure manner until March 28.
