The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Thursday announced its new team of State Office Bearers (SOB) for Odisha, marking a significant reshuffle in the party’s organisational structure. The list, approved by Odisha BJP president Manmohan Samal, includes several prominent leaders from across the state, combining both experienced faces and new entrants.
The party named ten Vice Presidents, four General Secretaries, ten Secretaries, along with a Treasurer and a Joint Treasurer.
Among the Vice Presidents, notable names include Dr. Jatin Mohanty (Khurdha), Ashok Mishra (Nayagarh), Kusum Tete (Sundargarh), Ramesh Chandra Sahoo (Nabarangpur), and K. Narayan Rao (Gajapati). The list also features leaders like Sibaji Mohanty (Balangir) and Bhabendra Kumar Panda (Kalahandi).

The General Secretaries announced are Biranchi Narayan Tripathy (Puri), Sarada Prasad Satapathy (Bhubaneswar), Simanchal Khatei (Sambalpur), and Purnima Priyadarsani Nayak (Koraput).
Ten Secretaries have also been named, including Saroj Kumar Kar (Cuttack), Kalandi Samal (Angul), Smruti Pattanayak (Cuttack), Priti Prativa Bhola (Puri), Bhagaban Mohanty (Kandhamal), and Pinky Pradhan (Bhubaneswar).
Additionally, Ajaya Kumar Agrawal (Bhubaneswar) has been appointed as Treasurer, while CA Dibakar Harichandan (Puri) will serve as Joint Treasurer.
The announcement was officially issued by Manas Kumar Mahapatra, the party’s State General Secretary (Organisation). With this new team, the BJP aims to strengthen its organisational groundwork and prepare for upcoming political challenges in Odisha.
