The law student, identified as the master supplier of the racket, allegedly coordinated the drug trade through WhatsApp groups, using digital platforms to manage orders and distribution networks discreetly.

Following the arrest of the three accused, the Excise Department has intensified its investigation to uncover the wider network linked to the brown sugar racket. Officials are probing possible links to other suppliers and distributors operating in and around the capital city.
