According to Additional Police Commissioner Narasingha Bhola, only essential services will remain open during the curfew. Hospitals, pharmacies, grocery stores, and petrol pumps are allowed to operate to ensure basic necessities are available to citizens. However, all other commercial establishments will remain closed until further notice.
The official clarified that government offices, schools, and colleges will continue to function as usual, but strict restrictions have been placed on public movement in affected areas.
