Balasore horror: Dog dragged on road, shocking video sparks outrage

In a disturbing incident that has triggered widespread anger and condemnation, two youths in Chandipur, Balasore district, were reportedly seen dragging a dead dog tied to a motorcycle along a busy road.

The inhumane act took place on the Chandipur road, near the DRDO new road, and has since gone viral on social media, drawing sharp criticism from animal rights activists and the general public.

According to local sources, passersby witnessed the two men riding a bike with a lifeless dog tied behind it, dragging it along the road. The video, filmed by an onlooker, quickly spread across social media platforms, with users expressing outrage over the cruelty displayed.
