Angul: Amid tension over the alleged killing of a woman by newly relocated tigress 'Sundari' in Satkosia Tiger Reserve, a team of officials from Wildlife Crime Control Bureau (WCCB) and Wildlife Institute of India (WII) conducted a review of movement of the tigress and its habitation in Athagarh forest division today.

The officials visited Hatibari village under Tikarpada Forest Range in Satkosia forest where a woman was allegedly attacked by Sundari on September 13 and held discussions with the locals to gather evidence on the alleged attack. They also took stock of the situation at the forest range office and the beat house which were torched by irate locals.
