Strict instructions have been issued to all officials to ensure that prescribed COVID-19 guidelines are strictly adhered during the conduct of the examinations.

In a letter to all colleges affiliated to Utkal University, the examination controller has asked officials that preventive measures like provision for handwash or sanitizers, compulsory use of face mask, adherence to social distancing and regular disinfection are to be undertaken scrupulously while conducting the examinations.

There should not be over-crowding of students and staff members during practical examinations.
