Odisha weather- lightning and thunderstorm alert
Bhubaneswar: The Regional Meteorological Centre, Bhubaneswar on Thursday issued fresh thunderstorm and lightning warning for several districts and Twin City of Cuttack and Bhubaneswar.
As per the latest alert, thunderstorm and lightning is likely to occur over the districts of Nayagarh, Khordha (including Bhubaneswar city), Cuttack (including Cuttack city), Angul, Dhenkanal, Keonjhar and Jagatsinghpur between 2pm and 5 pm today, as per the information shared by Special Relief Commissioner’s (SRC) office.

People in these districts have been advised to remain alert in view of the thunderstorm and lightning warning.
