Sudhanshu Mishra appointed as new chairman of PPT

Bhubaneswar: An Odia 1986 batch Indian Railway Traffic Service (IRTS) officer Sudhanshu Sekhar Mishra was appointed as the new Chairman of Paradip Port Trust (PPT) on Wednesday.

Mishra, who is currently designated as Member Traffic of Inland Waterways Authority of India in New Delhi, will take charge as Chairman of Paradip Port Trust tomorrow.

For the second time after K Raghuramaiah, another IRTS officer is set to head the PPT.

Deputy Chairman S Anantha Chandra Bose was Chairman-in-charge after the then Paradip Port Trust (PPT) Chairman G Jagannath Rao who took a voluntary retirement in April this year.
