Bhubaneswar: The East Coast Railway (ECoR) has decided to run Special Train between Bhubaneswar and Bangiriposi in order to facilitate passengers travelling to and from Mayurbhanj district. The train services between the stations begin next week, from the 12th of January.

For the convenience of the passengers, it has been decided to run Special Train between Bhubaneswar and Bangiriposi from January 12 and services would continue till the 1st of March, 2021, stated Railways.

Train 02892 Bhubaneswar-Bangiriposi Special will leave from Bhubaneswar at 5:30 PM and will reach Bangiriposi at around 11:05 PM from the 12th of January to 28th February, 2021.

In the return direction, 02891 Bangiriposi-Bhubaneswar Special will depart from Bangiriposi at 4:20 AM and will arrive at Bhubaneswar at 10 AM. The train is expected to run every day with effect from January 13 to March 1, 2021.

The Railways has said it will provide stoppage of Bhubaneswar-Bangiriposi-Bhubaneswar Special at Cuttack, Jajpur, Keonjhar Road, Bhadrak, Markona, Soro, Balasore, Rupsa, Thakurtota, Jugpura, Jogal, Betnoti, Krishnachandrapur and Baripada between Bhubaneswar and Bangiriposi from both the directions. This is done with a view to provide comfortable journey to the commuters and convenience of daily passengers.
