Bhubaneswar: With the festive season approaching, the Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) on Friday decided to allow reopening of the shops which were earlier closed for violating COVID-19 norms.
In a tweet, BMC stated that as a goodwill gesture it has decided to de-seal all such shops and business establishments in view of the upcoming festive season.

However, the reopened establishments have been directed to sanitise their premises before allowing public. Moreover, the institutions shall ensure social distancing norms and other guidelines are followed to prevent the COVID-19 outbreak.
