Bhubaneswar: In a new twist to the sensational death case of social activist and motivational speaker, Aditya Dash, his father today levelled allegations that a 'psycho woman' is involved in the killing. He further went on to say that the lady was in a one-sided love affair with Aditya but she could not persuade him to marry her as Aditya was least interested.

Speaking to media, father of the deceased social activist - Nandi Kishore Dash said, "The psycho woman earlier used to blackmail Aditya and wanted to marry him. There is a possibility that she could have used her gang to kill him. I have met her and had even conversed with her. The lady was in a one-sided love affair with Aditya, but my son did not like her."

"Because Aditya was thrown on rail tracks, I'm trying to recall who could be the suspects. The lady had said she would do anything to get Aditya, and I'm sure she is involved," Nandi Dash said.

Since Crime Branch is not taking this angle into account, Aditya's father has demanded a CBI inquiry into the case.

Few days back, Aditya's wife Bidyashree along with her in-laws approached the High Court demanding CBI's intervention in the case. “Though the State Crime Branch is investigating, the probe is going on very slow and there is hardly any development in the case. Therefore, me and my in-laws have prayed before the High Court to direct for a CBI investigation in the case,” Bidyashree said to OTV.

Body of Aditya Dash was reportedly found on the railway tracks near Lingaraj Temple Station on July 7, and it's been almost two months that an investigation has been initiated by GRP and Crime Branch.

Quite popular on social media for his inspiring speeches, Aditya was also well-known for his philanthropic activities. He had built an old-age home in Bhubaneswar for elderly people.
