Bhubaneswar: The vice-chancellor of Odisha University of Agriculture and Technology (OUAT), Surendra Nath Pasupalak, who was sent on leave by Chancellor of Universities and Governor Ganeshi Lal on Tuesday, has refuted all allegations of irregularities against him. Moreover, he charged the Governor's Secretariat of taking action against him before inquiry, sources said.

According to sources, Pasupalak said that the action was taken even after informing Chancellor about the irregularities and providing supporting documents. "The action was taken based on the allegations of an unethical person with malicious intent," he alleged.
