Bolangir: The CRPF jawans on Sunday busted a Maoists camp and seized explosives at the Gandhamardan hill of Bolangir district.
Acting on a tip-off, the security forces launched combing operation and raided the camp.
“We came to know about the presence of rebels in the hill from reliable sources. Four teams were formed for the operation. We proceeded into the hill after finding out some material used by the extremist in the hill", said a CRPF official.
The jawans found a box at the camp site and seized six detonators, 37 gelatin Sticks, wire and rebels' uniform and posters.
However, the extremist group managed to flee after the jawans launched operation.
