Leopard skin seized in Baripada

Forest officials in the State today seized the skin of a leopard, which was suspected to have been killed by poachers inside Similipal National Park about six months ago

Baripada: Forest officials in the State today seized the skin of a leopard, which was suspected to have been killed by poachers inside Similipal National Park about six months ago.

The skin is 6.9 feet long and 2 feet wide, said Sanjay Swain, the Divisional Forest Officer (DFO) of Baripada here.
