Jajpur Road: A eunuch was injured critically in firing here at Railway colony on Monday. She has been identified as Kajal Kinnar and was the former president of Kinnar association.
Two bike borne miscreants opened fire on her at around 9 pm on Monday. Kajal was admitted to Jajpur Road hospital and later shifted to Cuttack for better treatment.
Police suspected previous enmity behind the firing. A manhunt was launched to nab the assailants after registering a case, police said.
