Bhubaneswar: Acting on a tip-off, the Quick Action Team (QAT) of Commissionerate police nabbed three criminals, including an engineering student from Mancheswar area of Bhubaneswar on Saturday.
Sources said the special police team managed to nab the culprits while they were planning for loot.
Of the three, two have been identified as Sujit Jena, an auto-driver from Bomikhal area and Manas Sahu, a resident of Balianta area, who are also involved with some other crimes in the past, police said.
Police seized 2 bikes, five live bullets and one revolver from their possession, the report stated.
The three criminals have forwarded to court on Saturday.
