Rayagada: Panic has gripped Ajayagada village in Karapa panchayat in the district as big boulders are falling off the Kuapachha hill leading to damage to crops in acres of agricultural land.
Residents of Sinhapata and Ajayagada villages have left their houses and shifted to secured places.
The whole area has been covered with dust due to the frequent landslide.
Forest department personnel reached the spot to examine the situation.
