Bolangir: Vigilance sleuths arrested a manager of Bolangir District Central Cooperative (BDCC) Bank on charges of amassing wealth disproportionate to the known sources of his income here today.
The anti-curruption agency conducted raids simultaneously at banker Chakradhar Pradhan's house at Chandrasekhar Nagar in the town along with his houses in Deogarh, Bargarh and Samblapur. The houses of some of his relatives also came under the survey.
Gold ornaments, cash and some other incriminating documents have been seized during the raids, Bargarh Vigilance DSP Rabi Narayan Patra said.
