Bhubaneswar: The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on Wednesday will produce the arrested BJD MP Ram Chandra Hansda, former BJP MLA Hitesh Bagarti and ex-BJD MLA Subarna Nayak before Special CJM (CBI) Court here, sources said.
The three political leaders will be forwarded to the court after their medical examination, sources added.
The central investigating agency is likely to pray for remand of the trio to further the probe, they added.
Notably, CBI on Tuesday arrested the three on charges of criminal conspiracy, cheating and diversion of funds.
The three leaders were former directors of Nabadiganta Capital Services Limited, a ponzi group.
Earlier on October 26, the CBI had put behind bars Nabadiganta's CMD Anjan Baliarsingh and two directors - Kartik Parida and Pradeep Patnaik.
