Odisha Unlock 3: Shop Opening Hours Revised For Cuttack City

Cuttack: Keeping in view the rapid increase in COVID-19 cases in the city, the Cuttack Municipal Corporation (CMC) revised the Unlock 3 guidelines by ordering closure of all shops barring medicine shops by 8:30 PM in place of 9:00 PM.

It will be applicable for all the areas falling under the CMC jurisdiction.

As per the office order, all the unnecessary public movement will be restricted by 9:00 PM and the order will remain in effect till August 31.

Meanwhile, upping the ante against COVID-19 the CMC issued another set of guidelines for the shops of Beherasahi containment zone near Malgodown in Cuttack city.

As the Malgodown area surrounding the Beherasahi containment zone has been put under active surveillance for screening and testing, all the essential wholesale shops have been ordered to open from 10AM till 2PM, essential retail shops from 2PM till 8PM and non-essential shops/godowns from 7AM till 10 AM.

Cuttack Malgodown to remain closed on every Wednesday in the month of August.
