With today's record recovery, the total COVID-19 recoveries in Odisha has now reached 1,70,193, as per the Health Department data.
Khordha district reported highest 1173 recoveries, followed by 411 recoveries from Cuttack, 216 from Mayurbhanj & 167 from Sundargarh. According to the data furnished by the Health department, 587 recoveries were reported under the state pool head.
Earlier in the day, the state reported ‘highest’ single-day spike of 4,356 COVID19 cases in the last 24 hours pushing the total positive tally to 2,05,452 cases. On the other hand, death toll in the state increased to 783, with 16 more death reported in the last 24 hours.
